Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless items are:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect

  • Faulty

If there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

We may request the return of faulty goods where appropriate.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Many of our products are made to order and personalised.

It is your responsibility to:

  • Check spelling, grammar, and dates carefully before submitting your order

  • Ensure delivery details are correct

We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

⚠️ Please note:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right. Therefore, personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
